Return policy:● You have 30 calendar days to return the product after receiving shipment, ● products must be returned in their original packaging (e.g. shoe box), ● reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days, ● reimbursement is made by the same means by which we receive payment for your order (in the case of payment on delivery, to the account you account you indicated), ● Shoes returned should be new, without signs of use and soiled.
Returns can be made:● online: via the Returns panel; log in to your account or use the link in the order confirmation email, follow the instructions, ● traditionally: complete the returns form that was included in the parcel, pack the products in their original packaging.
Cost of return:● online: when generating a refund from your account in our shop, you will be charged a fee of 9PLN on the return label. The fee will be deducted from the total amount to be returned, ● traditionally: If you send the parcel on your own, you will pay the amount according to the price list of the carrier. Please note that packages sent COD (at the shop's expense) will not be accepted!
Additional comments:● You will be informed by separate SMS or e-mail about the approval of your return and your payment, ● In the case of a full refund of an order, together with the return transfer for the returned goods, you will also receive a refund for the cheapest form of delivery in our shop available when placing the order. If delivery was (or could have been) free for a particular order, no refund will be made.
Exchange rules:● You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive the product to exchange it, ● Products must be returned in their original packaging (e.g. shoebox), ● the shoes to be replaced should be new, without signs of use or soiling, ● if, exceptionally, you receive a product with a defect, you always have the possibility of an exchange - details under "Complaints", ● To make the exchange quick and easy, simply return the goods you ordered and place a new order. We will then reserve the products of your choice.
Complaint rules:● The shop is liable to the Customer if the sold Goods have a physical or legal defect (warranty), ● The shop is legally liable if a physical defect is discovered before the expiry of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Customer, ● If the Goods received have a defect, the customer has the opportunity to make a complaint, ● If your complaint is successful, you will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel to our warehouse. In the case of payment on delivery, it is necessary to provide the account number to which the refund is to be made, ● If the complaint is rejected, we will send the goods back to you, together with the reasons for our decision, ● The most convenient way to make a complaint is to contact Customer Service directly.
Additional comments:● All complaints are dealt with within 14 calendar days of receipt in our Complaints Department, ● If your complaint is accepted, you will receive a refund to the bank account specified in the complaint form.
